Pharmacy Network Change 01/01/2020

On January 1, 2020, Ambetter from Peach State Health Plan will implement a new pharmacy network. CVS Pharmacies, and some of their affiliate locations, will no longer be participating.

We want to make sure our members get their medicine. Letters are being mailed to those who recently filled prescriptions at a location that will not be in-network as of the New Year. Medications will need to be moved to a new pharmacy by 01/01/2020. Members can do this by:

• Calling or going to the new pharmacy to ask for the medicine to be moved
• Asking their doctor to call the new pharmacy with the medicine information.
• Bringing a written prescription to the new pharmacy.
