Question: I lost my Member ID card because of the hurricane; how can I order a replacement card?
A: Please call 1-877-687-1169 for assistance in replacing your Medical ID card by mail. As a reminder, your Member ID card is also available online through your Secure Member Portal. You can download a copy of your Member ID card to your phone to use while we mail out the replacement.
